It has been a terribly long time since I updated this blog thingy. My apologies for my frequent readers. lol :-P Things have been really good. Changing naturally, but for the better.
I found out Sunday morning that my chemistry teacher from high school Mrs. Mitchell passed away. She was 62. I have no idea what was wrong and haven't heard, but it was terribly sad. Mrs. Mitchell was one of those one-of-a-kind people that made class fun and she always had something interesting to say. She was tough on us and expected a lot, but she was always kind and helpful.
It is my hope that as a teacher I can have a profound effect on the students in my classroom. Mrs. Mitchell's legacy and memories will live on through her children and her students. Please keep her family in prayer.

Mr. Holt, If you died, I would be extremely sad. You were the most awesome teacher I have ever had, no joke. The only thing I will miss about Effingham, is the newspaper. I really wish that the journalism class wouldn't have gotten taken away, but it did, so oh well. I hope your other students think of you the same, because you're super funny (: and for the one or two days I was in your World History class, you were just the same as you are in Journalism. Keep in touch, and let me know how you're doing.
